What better way to celebrate this decennial event than by having a lavish celebration at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. The Who’s Who of fashion designers, industry professionals and style mavens were all in attendance filling up every square inch of Tribeca Grand’s expanse. Jargol was proud to be among one of SEVEN’s favorite blogs co-hosting this momentous occasion. With live performances by band’s Little Boot’s and The Golden Filter, mixed with free flowing cocktails courtesy of Patron, there was no shortage of entertainment. Seven’s anniversary party will go down in the books, and was one of the more memorable events that took place this fashion week.

Telfar released a collabration project Un.Der T with American Apparel at Eva on the Bowery last week. Jargol was there to check the new collection which consists of organic cotton T's offered by American Apparel for Telfar to work his magic on. Un.Der T is classic Telfar with heavy emphasis on geometric shapes but the twist with this collection is the uncharacteristically bright colors. .

Like many other Williamsburg brands and boutiques In God We Trust has recently opened a new boutique in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn.The In God We Trust crew has moved their jewelry production to this location and seems to be focusing mainly on their own brand. The new store is located in a turn of the century waterfront building just around the corner from Alter and Alter 140.

Junk has opened a new store in Greenpoint Brooklyn. The classic Brooklyn store which opened its first location in heart of Williamsburg a few years ago has now expanded to the nearby neighborhood of Greenpoint. Upon entering, I immediately found at least five new keepsakes to take home without skipping a beat. This location seems to be much more organized and have better prices too. I believe the furniture is better but, I wasn't totally sure if this was actually true or if its just not as piled on top of each other as it can be in the original location.

There is an amazing selection of antique architectural pieces on the front porch which is really exciting for anyone who is renovating their barn this winter in Brooklyn.
