Whatever else may be true about Phillip Lim, one thing is for certain: the man knows how to deliver clothing. Every season since we first took notice of the collection his clothing seems to arrive at boutiques faster than anyone else's. This season is no exception. His Fall '07 collection is out in full force at Otte, Jake, and La Garconne, among other shops.
