Loopy Mango

By Ara Anjargolian | 02 February 2007, 12:15 PM

Today we add Loopy Mango to the guide. Here's what we say about them:

For our taste, there are more than enough outlets in New York promoting high style and higher prices. In a narrow, tall, concrete-floored space that's normally just the venue for avant-garde fashion, Loopy Mango presents a delightfully après-garde form of city dressing. The shop is a mixture of clothing from tiny labels, selected looks from more established designers, perky vintage shoes and bags, and crocheted jewelry and accessories made by the owners themselves. The clothing is fun and feminine without being overly sweet. The vintage is a well-edited selection that'll add instant pizazz to your wardrobe. The crochet accessories are charming.

They don't have online shopping, but they do picture the season's collections on the site, so we're sure you can contact them if you see something you like. It looks like Spring 2007 collections are starting to make their way onto the site.
