Luisa Via Roma Spring/Summer '07

We last covered Luisa Via Roma as part of our International Shopping, Online series. Their inventory of high-end European design is so extensive, we plan to keep on a eye on the site and report on the introduction of each season's clothing. That being said, the shop just put their Spring/Summer 2007 collections online. No we can't afford most of these pieces either, but sometimes its fun just to look.

The pencil skirt is the winner in this season's wares, with several designers doing killer versions. See saw no obvious themes in dresses for spring--they run the gamut from sweet and simple to intricately draped numbers.

European menswear is still way into the ultra-thin silhouette pants and jeans a la Dior Homme. Shirtings for the season are simple--solid colors or basic stripes.
