Our Readers Are Cooler Than Your Readers

Yikes! We've been getting some great suggestions for our shop guide recently. We thought we'd take a minute to intro some of a new stores we just added to guide thanks to our super-cool readers.

Owner Florence told us about her new shop in Silverlake (LA) called Vamp. Vamp's idea is to stock cute shoes and bags that are affordable at the same time. It's the first shop in LA we've seen carrying F-Troupe and Ananas. A good start we say.

Tania let us know about another great clothing/art/music shop/gallery in LA called Ooga Booga. This funky shop carries a mish mosh of music, art books, T-shirts and hoodies by indie artists, along with some labels like Opening Ceremony and Keep.

Next we received an anonymous tip about a cool clothing gallery/shop in Vancouver called Eugene Choo. The shop stocks an impressive selection of smaller international labels, along with the best of Canadian clothing designers. Check out some pics from their site:

The cosmopolitan site that we are, Helena let us know about a Kabiri, a great little jewelry shop in London. Here, we found a ton of jewelry designers we hadn't seen on this side of the big pond.

Keep those suggestions coming!
