It's a sign of the times we suppose. On the one side we had designer clothing. On the other streetwear. And after a while of not knowing what to make of each other, more and more we're seeing the lines between streetwear and traditional cut-and-sew designer clothing blend. First streetwear went high-end, embracing careful construction techniques. Next designers mixed casual elements into even their high-end lines. We saw dresses with hoods, dresses with loud prints of streetwear provenance, and this season it's all about dresses with pockets.
