Where does all that dynamic, creative fashion taught at Central St. Martins and presented at London Fashion Week anyway? Two See, for one, is where. A fervent supporter of the young and upcoming fashion designer, most of the labels wont be recognized by all but the most dedicated of fashion followers. Yet, the talent and creativity of the designs themselves--that is easy to recognize.
In its latest newsletter, Dover Street Market has announced the spring's new spaces and collections.
There will, of course, be the latest collections from Comme des Garçons and Junya Watanabe.
New designers for the season include Rohka, Katarzyna Szczotarska and Jens Laugesen (top to bottom).
New spaces for the season include Lanvin's newly designed space, a new shoe space carrying the likes of Nicholas Kirkwood and Olivia Morris, and a new lobby space that will have special items from Comme des Garçons the first being a series of products featuring Oswald the Rabbit, the first ever Disney character!.
Our next report about DSM will probably be when they add new items to their online shop, supposedly in mid-February.
Since graduating from Central St Martins in June, identical twins Daniela and Annette Felder have hit the fashion jackpot with Felder Felder... The look is pretty – think pleated dresses with plunging necklines - with a dash of strength...
Wallpaper reports on Felder Felder, a most intriguing clothing line and shop in London. If you can't make it to their London store, the line is available at Dernier Cri in New York. More information about the line is available at their website.
From JC Report's London gift shopping guide we found BStore an ambitious boutique with quite a well-groomed designer lineup, combining edgy, progressive labels from Europe, Japan, the UK. The shop opened in 2000 on Conduit Street but recently moved to a larger Savile Row space. Like in all our International Online postings, international shipping is available.
Their online shop sells only a fraction of their stock but there is quite the selection of men's and women's shoes. The clothing however is limited to a handful of pieces.

While searching for online sources to buy Henrik Vibskov we ran into No-one, a remarkable little shop in London that appears to also ship overseas. We thought it would be a perfect shop to feature in our International Shopping, Online series.
At this point in our blogging/shopping-guide-building lives, we're particularly into stores that introduce us to new, promising brands. In No-one's case, one of their buyers actually worked with designer Maaike Mekking to create a line of "classics with a twist" under the store's own label (that gets bonus points with us).
Also new to us was PPQ (Pretty Personal Question). The cult British label focuses on careful tailoring to create a chic, stylish collection that's particularly strong in dresses.
Naturally No-one is quite the supporter of British labels, with selections from Mine, Bi La Li (which you might've seen before on Le Train Bleu) and Emma Cook (not pictured).
Men are also taken care of here. Alongside Henrik Vibskov's funky wares are sweaters from Scottish knitwear co. Lyle & Scott . . .
and shirts from Rushmoor, a label we couldn't find any info on at all.
Be sure to also take a look at No-one's accessories. They're unique and fairly affordable.
In our minds anyway, Christian Louboutin and Pierre Hardy form the dynamic duo of French shoe designers. And while Louboutin shoes are now available around The States in many high-end boutiques and department stores, Pierre Hardy has not quite reached the same level of exposure.
If Louboutin is known for his candy red shoe bottoms, Hardy is known for his stripes. Every season's collection will have one if not several shoes covered in thick stripes.
Of course there are other equally interesting styles as well. His shoes usually come in two varieties: high-heeled and super-high-heeled, but they're known to be comfortable for what they are.
He also designs a men's collection but these are even harder to find than the women's!
As to where you can find Hardy's shoes, Aloha Rag carries a few styles of Pierre Hardy shoes in their shop.
Otherwise, you'll have to head to the Old Country to visit Hardy's shop in Paris or his outpost inside Dover Street Market. To see more of Hardy's collection, see a full stocklist and to get addresses of either of the stores, visit their website.
Yikes! We've been getting some great suggestions for our shop guide recently. We thought we'd take a minute to intro some of a new stores we just added to guide thanks to our super-cool readers.
Owner Florence told us about her new shop in Silverlake (LA) called Vamp. Vamp's idea is to stock cute shoes and bags that are affordable at the same time. It's the first shop in LA we've seen carrying F-Troupe and Ananas. A good start we say.
Tania let us know about another great clothing/art/music shop/gallery in LA called Ooga Booga. This funky shop carries a mish mosh of music, art books, T-shirts and hoodies by indie artists, along with some labels like Opening Ceremony and Keep.
Next we received an anonymous tip about a cool clothing gallery/shop in Vancouver called Eugene Choo. The shop stocks an impressive selection of smaller international labels, along with the best of Canadian clothing designers. Check out some pics from their site:
The cosmopolitan site that we are, Helena let us know about a Kabiri, a great little jewelry shop in London. Here, we found a ton of jewelry designers we hadn't seen on this side of the big pond.
Keep those suggestions coming!
If you find yourself anywhere near London anytime soon do yourself a favor and swing by Dover Street Market to gawk at the latest from Comme des Garçons, Dior Homme, Junya Watanabe, TAO and more. If you're not going to be London, fear not. DSM had a little note in their latest newsletter saying an online shop is coming soon. Did you hear that? That was the sound of our credit cards exploding.
