Are we the only ones that are sort of in awe at Pixie Market's uncanny ability to find fun, stylish fashion at affordable price points? Their latest discovery is Mogil, an accessories label out of Australia.
White Capri is a new Berlin based accessories label, whose first collection is inspired by a movie set in London, directed by a Jewish American director. Woody Allen is the director, Match Point is the movie, and White Capri has designed quite a beautiful collection of bags and jewelry that are urban and proper at the same time.
The collection is naturally available online for sale and shipping around the world. Welcome to the global fashion village.
Potipoti totebag at Styleserver (39 EURO)
Sassy, stylish and relatively affordable, the finds at Pixie Market are a refreshing addition to the fashion boutique landscape. The shop goes rather out of its way (to the UK, to Asia, to Germany, to Spain, to LA even), to collect the work of a bevy of talented but mostly under the radar designers. Now finally this selection is available online.

Comme des Garcons' guerilla stores are meant to be temporary experiments in avant-garde retail. But in the case of the very first guerilla store that opened in Berlin in 2004 the experiment didn't stop when CdG left town. The organizers of the store continued the operation, reincarnated as Lil Shop. Lil Shop sells vintage Comme des Garcons and Junya Watanbe in addition to CdG accessories, selections from the current season, and various other accessories. The shop resigned their site late last year, and now offers online shopping.
(These awesome necklaces are exclusive to Lil Shop)
And so we find another cool Scandinavian shop that'll ship to the US. Pepper hails from Bergen, Norway and just opened up their online shop. The selection is mostly a mix of fun, hip Scandinavian and European pieces, with some American names thrown in for good measure.
Loeffler Randall Katia clutch at Jake ($345)
Cool stuff: Comme des Garçons collaboration pieces with Chrome Hearts.
Available at Dover Street Market.
Being early has its advantages. Sotto is a new Portland based online boutique. The plan is to carry women's clothing and accessories from the likes of Rachel Comey, Mociun, Mooka Kinney, Ashley Watson, Blood is the New Black, etc. Right now pieces are just starting to trickle in, but even in this limited preview the shop looks promising. To help kick things off the shop is offering 20% storewide for the month of January. Just use code "PDX" to get a jump on your spring wardrobe.
