  • Originally called AsFour, the New York design collective consisted of designers Gabriel Asfour, Angela Donhauser, Adi Gil and Kai Kuhne until 2005 when Kuhne left and the group transformed into ThreeAsFour.
  • The collective designed its first womenswear collection in 2001 and won the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Grant in 2002.
  • Hallmarks of ThreeAsFour's work includes curved seams and circular patterns, asymmetry, flowing volumes and immaculate tailoring.
  • Math and science also serves as a source inspiration; collections have been known to incorporate fractals and particle theory in prints and patterns.
