  • VPL (Visible Panty Line) was founded by stylist Victoria Bartlett in 2003, with a concept of combining underwear and sportswear.
  • Originally from Gloucester, England, Bartlett studied at the London College of Fashion before moving to New York City.
  • VPL collections are feminine, yet utilitarian, blurring the line between undergarment and sportswear.
  • VPL won the 2006 Ecco Domani Award, was a finalist for the Fashion International Rising Star Award in 2007, and a top ten finalist for the CFDA/Vogue Fund in 2007.
