Ashland & Hill

When modernists go to the beach, Ashland & Hill is the result. The upholstered furniture and woodwork of the spacious furniture showroom is certainly modern--clean lines and solid colors abound--but there's a certain casual elegance in their pieces (designed in house, can be built to your specifications) that reflects being located a short walk from the beach. Couches are upholstered (often slip-covered) in light cotton and denim fabrics. Wood pieces are solid, functional, but don't generally make bold statements about the human condition.
