The hipper, younger sister of Cielo, Blu is less expensive and less serious. Inside the simple, sanitary interior, Blu lets their clothes do the talking--and boy do they have a lot to say. They come from all over the world, particularly Europe, and they make you beautiful just by hanging out with (on) you. The staff is charming and helpful. No frowns when you touch the clothes. No eye-rolls at the unworthiness of your clothes when you walk in.
