Freemans Sporting Club has all the Old World style that its name might suggest, but dated it is not. Fashioned like a gentleman's clothier of yore, the shop alternates between the classic and the hip. On the one had we have jackets and coats in thick herringbone fabrics and crisp white and blue shirts. Steps away are hip graphic T-shirts in worn, soft cottons and thick work shirts in lumberjack plaids. Gentlemanly accessories are all around: leather boating shoes for the yacht, martini shakers and retro stereos for the bachelor bad, British shaving brushes and razors for the face. To complete the experience walk to the backroom barbershop to get a stylish haircut and even a straight-razor shave.
