JB Prince

It is common for every high-end kitchen store to claim that they are the professional's choice for kitchen equipment. But really, if they wanted to be honest, they should really say they are "the yuppy couples with too much money on their hands" choice for kitchenware. On the other hand, J.B. Prince is truly a professional kitchen equipment retailer. Traditionally, the company has done most of their business by catalog and website sales. They do have a showroom where you can browse and buy their products, though the showroom is on the eleventh floor of a non-descript high rise, with no sign. You feel like you're in on a big secret just finding the place. Their selection is nothing short of amazing though. They seem to have every knife, every mold, every pan and every utensil you can imagine. Their prices are more than reasonable considering what you are buying. The easiest way to shop is probably just to go through their website. Don't expect any kind of personal attention if you do find your way into their showroom, it's strictly an all-business kind of atmosphere. But where else are you going to go to buy that ice carving chainsaw?
