If you've ever wondered where neon signs come from, at least in New York, the answer is Let There Be Neon. The shop is the destination in New York for light-emitting signage, mainly neon, but also LED and other lighting systems. The space itself is both showroom and museum of sorts, a collection of the shop's latest work (everything is custom-made so you can they can create whatever designs you like) as well as restored vintage signs.
