Minima
There's modern and then there's Minima. At Minima, modern means high concept show pieces that would fit right in as part of the MOMA permanent collection. A typical piece? Imagine a massive chandelier made of wire, glass and metal. Each individual light consists of a tube covered with a translucent close up image of an old chandelier on it. This is par for the course at Minima. Other pieces include bright red casegoods and a wave shaped stack of drawers. Of course, not all pieces are so audacious, there are also stunningly simple walnut platform beds and pendant lights that consist of a single piece of tubular translucent glass. Don't forget to head downstairs for the glorious chair gallery.
