Moss
More museum of industrial design than design store, Moss displays its collection of exquisite modernist home accessories like artwork. The long, bright, sanitary space has several rows of products for customers to snake through, each accompanied by a note listing the designer and country of origin. Among the items are toasters, toothbrush holders, colanders and ashtrays. A separate but attached space displays larger items such as coffee tables, chairs and the like. The prices will sometimes make you feel like you are buying art right off a museum's walls but as rappers like to say "if you got the paper, there aint nothing better".
